Birth of Simple Light 2023-2024

Winter is a time of darkness. During Advent the days grow shorter and shorter. Around Christmas is the darkest time of the year. Then, in Epiphany, the days begin to get longer again. The challenge for St Mark’s artists was to consider the birth of light.
